Trent gave me options and got to work immediately, no delay, no waiting for parts, no stopping until the job was finished several hours later.  Verified Optimal Garage Doors took a garage door on it's last legs replaced everything and it works perfectly...we did have one odd problem...we would find our door open on occasion...a scary prospect ...I called Optimal and they came out the next day...diagnosed the problem ( we were using the wrong light bulbs LED wigs out the opener) we were done right away....they are professional and nice without trying to upsell you...they just successfully solved the problem...with a friendly smile...thank you Trent for being professional with reasonable prices ..showing up on time (he was early!) and caring about our problem and solving it A++++
