Quick response on time and thorough explanation. Trent was amazing patiently helping my 89 year old uncle who is hard if hearing on getting his new remotes programed. I highly recommend Optimal Garage Doors. Will definitely use them again!

I called at 9:45 am and Trent arrived 45 minutes later. What I thought might be a battery problem turned out to be a broken motor on an outdated system. Trent gave me options and got to work immediately, no delay, no waiting for parts, no stopping until the job was finished several hours later. He even helped me set up my app and programmed my openers and keypad. He was friendly, efficient, polite and did a quality job. I will definitely use them again.

Optimal Garage Doors took a garage door on it's last legs replaced everything and it works perfectly...we did have one odd problem...we would find our door open on occasion...a scary prospect ...I called Optimal and they came out the next day...diagnosed the problem ( we were using the wrong light bulbs LED wigs out the opener) we were done right away....they are professional and nice without trying to upsell you...they just successfully solved the problem...with a friendly smile...thank you Trent for being professional with reasonable prices ..showing up on time (he was early!) and caring about our problem and solving it A++++

Our garage door wouldn't open due to a broken spring. I couldn't even open it manually. Fortunately, I was able to get an appointment the same day. Matt called when he was on his way and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was honest about what was needed vs. what was recommended. He completed the spring replacement within an hour. I had 2 very bad experiences with 2 different garage door servicing companies last week for a completely separate issue. I was expecting the same lies and attitude as those other people, but Matt was nothing like them. My dog even liked him. I have already recommended Optimal Garage Doors and Matt to a few friends.

Service Tech MATT Came last Sunday to inspect my 20-year-old garage door and similarly aged opener as my wife and I got locked out a couple times when the door wouldn't open yet all the sensors seem to be working. Matt went through the whole system and gave me a quickie tuneup as well as a detailed estimate to put on a new side mounted opener that's just super trick so I'm glad he educated me on the traditional belt drive opener mounted from the ceiling and the new side mounted next to the railing attaching to the spring rod. Matt is very educated w/a personal touch that's a great reflection of this company. * I found them through a yelp search because of so many positive reviews and Trent the owner being hands-on in many of those reviews (people just raved about him and Matt) so I appreciate having a reputable business come out as any customer's time is valuable and there's so many flaky Jake contractors out there to weed thru to get a good one...

I would like to comment on the outstanding service I recently received from Optimal Garage Doors.
My garage door spring broke on a Thursday evening. I was unsuccessful in getting another company to respond to my phone call. I contacted Optimal Garage Doors at 9:00 am the next morning and because of a late morning cancellation, I was able to get a service tech to come to my house Friday morning. Matt, the service tech called within the window of time I was told to expect a call. He gave me an expected time of arrival and he arrived on time.
Matt was very courteous and professional. He explained what my options would be just to get the door working as opposed to replacing both springs along with all of the hardware. His
explanation was, simple, easy to understand and not pushy. Two and a half hours after his explanation I had new rebuilt garage door with new springs and hardware.
The garage door works great now and I would not hesitate recommending this company to
anyone needing garage door repair.

I'm really happy that Optimal Garage Doors came by to fix an issue with our garage door sensor. Not only that, they lubed up our door to make it in tip top shape. No more screeching when you open the door, it's gone! Also, the owner Trent is very knowledgeable about garage doors and is a stand up guy who will hands down help your project. Trent and the technician were on time, friendly and followed directions well. I would have them back to help when the time comes to install a new garage door. They did mention that ours looked newish. We bought our house from flippers, so they must have installed a new door already. The person on the phone gave me very reasonable estimate for a tech to come out. The tech came out and checked out my door. He went through all my options and let me decide what was best for me.
